Learning Objectives
Participants will be able to clearly define what constitutes a Code White and recognize when it should be activated. They will gain an understanding of early warning signs of escalating behaviour and learn how to apply de-escalation and communication techniques during high-risk situations. The training will also cover the roles and responsibilities of both Code White team members and supporting staff, emphasizing the importance of following site-specific protocols to ensure a safe and coordinated response. Ultimately, this course promotes a culture of prevention, preparedness, and psychological safety across the workplace.
