Workplace Harassment Prevention
Stand Up. Speak Out.
Building on the foundation of Psychological Health & Safety training, this in-depth program focuses specifically on preventing and addressing workplace harassment. Designed for both leaders and frontline staff, the course provides a deeper exploration of the practices and interpersonal skills required to create a respectful and inclusive work environment.
Through interactive discussions, participants will learn how to recognize subtle and overt forms of harassment, respond appropriately to incidents, and foster a culture of accountability and trust. The program emphasizes both compliance with Nova Scotia’s OHS legislation and the development of proactive strategies that strengthen organizational resilience and employee well-being.
